Corse 2026 - NoKill

Bonjour à tous,

Σας παρουσιάζω το (μικρό) βίντεο από τη διαμονή μου στις αρχές Ιουνίου στην Κορσική, μια πρώτη εμπειρία για μένα. urlr.me/CsGYaj
Ανάμεσα στη Σολενζάρα και το Μπονιφάτσιο, ξεκινώντας από την ακτή, με κρυστάλλινα νερά και μέση θερμοκρασία 23°C — πραγματικό σοκ για έναν Βρετόνο! Υπέροχα μέρη, αλλά ήταν πολύ δύσκολο να βρω αξιόλογα ψάρια, παρά τις καλές συνθήκες και τη φυσική μου κατάσταση.
Συνήθως έβγαινα αργά το απόγευμα και έμενα μέχρι το σούρουπο. (Συνολικά 7 εξορμήσεις)
Ναι, μπορούσα να πιάσω μπαρμπούνια, λαβράκια και σαργούς, όλα πολύ πάνω από το νόμιμο μέγεθος, αλλά αυτό δεν ήταν αρκετό για τα δικά μου κριτήρια. Παρόλα αυτά, ήταν μια υπέροχη εμπειρία και νιώθω τυχερός που είχα την ευκαιρία να καταδυθώ στην Κορσική.

Very nice.
The deep and fish in korsica are exactly the same as in Greece. The coast is somekind different but not not kompletely . Anyway it is really a beautifull and interesting video.

And in terms of fish, is it just as challenging there, or is there more marine life where you are ?

It depends from the place the time of the year the knowledge of the fisherman etc. As everywhere else happens I suppose. You where in a place you never been before, with complete deferent sea and deep that you been use to fish . It is normal not to be lucky. See my last post with the title- Ιουνιος, αλλαγη οπλου. Μη σαλταρετε-. In it are the fish we cought in a specific place only in June . At the same place in August you find almost nothing.

Thank you for the clarifications.
Indeed, diving into an unfamiliar sea plays a big role in spearfishing but the difference is still huge between Brittany (country France) and Corsica.

Selectivity is the key element in genuine spearfishing ( daytime, one breath spearfishing) , so knowing and deciding when not to press the trigger is a clear sign of spearo maturity
